Is 35GO Right for Your Organization?
Standing up a low-cost internet program requires time and resources. Think of it as having an entire product and services business within your organization. It takes time to set up, marketing to get the word out (we can help with this), and the ability to deploy devices, handle invoicing and more.
Your organization is a good fit to partner with 35GO if:
- You are a nonprofit, school, library or social welfare organization
- The people you already serve would benefit from being online
- You have the staff and resources to manage an internet program on an ongoing basis
- You often run digital equity programs and/or have existing retail, subscription, digital skills or lending programs
- You are interested in long-term partnerships
Not sure if your organization is a fit? Let's talk — we're happy to connect and figure out what might make sense for you.
Our Partnership Model
We believe that combining affordable high-quality internet access with internet enabled devices and digital skills provides people with opportunities to gain the benefits of today’s digital world. People with access to the internet are empowered to GO compete for jobs and wages, and GO take advantage of existing opportunities in today’s economy and civic activities.
Because we don’t sell directly to end-users, we work with mission-aligned organizations to serve the people our programs are meant to benefit.
That’s why we think of our customers as partners. We collaborate to help historically marginalized people gain the access needed to fully participate in modern society. If the goals of your organization align with ours, we are a good fit. Let’s GO!
How Partnerships WorkCommitted to Transparency
We work with a network of organizations in the digital equity and inclusion ecosystem across the US. We typically offer our customers lines of service paired with mobile internet enabled devices. If your organization already owns T-Mobile compatible devices, we can structure a 35GO Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) plan for you.
We are transparent in our pricing and contracts. Our preference is for long-term contracts with guaranteed pricing that helps our customers build a program and grow it over time — knowing that their pricing is stable year to year.
As an organization, our national network positions us to work anywhere in the US where the T-Mobile network is available.
The income generated by our customers is reinvested into our programs, allowing us to better serve our customers and the digital equity sector as a whole.
Our leadership team has been working to close the digital divide for decades. And our board brings a deep knowledge in the social impact, business, and technology fields.
We work directly with our customer partners to get them the tools they need to make their internet programs be successful. 35GO assistance may come in the form of grants, assistance creating Broadband Nutrition Labels, marketing coaching, sharing best practices, and more.
Who We Serve

Nonprofits
We work with nonprofits to help them bring affordable internet services and mobile hotspots to the people they serve.

Schools
Students access homework assignments, reading, teacher feedback, and more online. In turn, they can offer it to students whose families find it difficult to afford internet access.

Libraries
Thousands of people access the internet at their local public library. We offer them affordable access, to help them keep costs down and make the internet available to their communities.

Social Welfare Agencies
Social welfare agencies provide direct assistance such as food, housing, and child care assistance — many only available online. We offer low-cost products and services that benefit the people they serve.
What Our Customers Are Saying
From the beginning, 35 Mile Foundation has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to strategic collaboration that goes beyond business. Their team actively engages with us, not only providing reliable internet service but also collaborating to understand our customers and craft a program that truly meets their needs. Their proactive approach and willingness to adapt have significantly enhanced our capacity to serve those who are most in need.
Casey Sorensen
Founder and Former CEO, PCs for People

35 Mile understands that access alone isn’t enough consistency and duration matter. Their partnership allows us to deliver one of the longest free internet tenures available, and that alignment is what makes this collaboration so powerful.
Kaye Kuye
Founder & President, Truconnected

Our partnership with the 35 Mile Foundation makes it possible to offer reliable internet at a cost that better fits the needs of low-income households. Many of the subsidized housing communities we serve across Western Pennsylvania—both urban and rural—are home to working-class families who are already stretched thin by the rising costs of rent, food, and healthcare. For them, typical internet prices are simply out of reach. We’re proud to be part of a collaboration that is helping to ease this burden and improve digital access where it’s needed most.
