Key Responsibilities
Data Processing
- Input, maintain, and manage data related to program participants, outreach efforts, and community impact.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports and assist in analyzing data trends to support program development and evaluation.
Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide information about our programs, services, and resources, guiding clients through the application process.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex inquiries as necessary.
Collaboration
- Work closely with program coordinators and outreach staff to ensure seamless communication and data sharing.
- Assist in developing materials and resources that support digital equity initiatives.
Administrative Report
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to client interactions and data processes.
- Support team members with scheduling, meeting preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Passion for digital equity and commitment to serving diverse communities
